“The naked humanity of a real historical hero”
A Bedouin shepherd, in the spring of 1947, looked for a lost goat on the slopes bordering the Dead Sea. By chance, he found some old, made of fabric rolls, in some large earthenware jars. Until these rolls were made public in 1991, these Rolls from the Dead Sea provoked a series of non-authorised publications about their context, particularly about Christ, his doctrine and his relationship with the Essene community.
